The ideal candidate is responsible to lead and coordinate our Project Delivery and Field programs and teams. Reporting to the President and sitting on the Operations Management Team, the position will ensure excellence in project planning, management, and execution.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key</strong> <strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Providing guidance and leadership to program and project teams and management.</li><li>Conducting regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.</li><li>Accurately review & approve physical completion onsite with % completion billed.</li><li>Liaise with clients and consultants as the executive representative on major projects.</li><li>Collaborate with different departments in the development and start of new projects.</li><li>Other related Senior PM duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>Post-Secondary Engineering Degree in, Architecture or Construction Management or a related field.</li><li>10 + years related Project Director experience in all major facets of project delivery</li><li>PMP Certification a definite asset.</li><li>Technical expertise in the hands-on delivery of Greenfield and Brownfield construction.</li><li>Experience delivering multiple projects in a wide budget range, from $2 - $20 MM range and in the $20 - $80 MM</li><li>Proven ability to lead and communicate with trade skilled personnel and contractors.</li><li>Excellent communication, both verbal & written.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Notes:</strong> We thank all candidates for their time.
