Our clients include industry-leading organizations that partner with us to be an extension of their HR & Recruitment function.</em></p><p></p><p><strong>Position</strong>: Production Supervisor</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Orillia, ON </p><p><strong>Salary: </strong>$75,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)</p><p><strong>Industry: </strong>Manufacturing / Production / Machine Shop / Industrial</p><p><strong>Employment Term: </strong>Fulltime / Permanent</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Supervise and lead the production team, providing guidance, training, and support.</li><li>Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to schedules and targets.</li><li>Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.</li><li>Maintain safety of employees as priority.</li><li>Other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong>:</p><ul><li>Post-secondary education an asset.</li><li>3- 5 years related Production Supervisory experience, ideally in a Machine Shop environment.</li><li>Previous experience in a <span >manufacturing/fabrication</span> environment.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong><em>Notes:</em></strong><em> We thank all candidates for their time.
