<span ><span ><strong>What is the job?</strong><br>
- Located at a busy high-end printing company, the Project Manager is a high level, big picture role that oversees numerous projects in motion at once.<br>
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure accuracy and completion of orders and projects.<br>
- Working with an internal database (similar to Microsoft Excel) and monitoring all active projects from conception to completion.<br>
- Maintaining high-level or organization and practicing quick-thinking to problem solve any issues that may arise.<br>
- Effective communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders alike.<br>
- Monitoring all daily activities in relation to orders to ensure client satisfaction.<br>
- Administrative duties relating to order management.<br>
- Ad hoc duties as requested by upper management.<br>

<strong>What you bring to the job?</strong><br>
- A minimum of 2+ years’ prior related experience required.<br>
- Background in printing, advertising agency, or related field is required.<br>
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related fields is required.<br>
- Highly efficient, organized, and self-starter mentality.<br>
- Ability to problem-solve and think quickly on the go.<br>
- Ability to practice discretion and maintain a customer service-centric mindset.<br>
- Strong communication skills and command of the English language.<br>
- High-level proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular) is required.<br>
