<p><b>Job Overview</b></p>
<p>As an SAP Integrations Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP landscape. Leveraging industry-leading architecture frameworks and best practices, you will ensure seamless, secure, and scalable integration of business processes and data flows that support OPG's Strategic Transformation Roadmap (STR). You will work closely with business stakeholders, utility experts, and the ERP team to deliver high-impact, future-ready integration solution:</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li><b>Enterprise & Technical Architecture (TOGAF/COBIT/SAP Activate/Integration):</b></li>
<li>Lead the design and governance of SAP integration architecture, ensuring robust alignment across business, application, data, and technology domains.</li>
<li>Architect and implement integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Platform Integration, API Management, Event Mesh), Process Orchestration, and other middleware tools.</li>
<li>Define and govern integration patterns, data flows, messaging standards, and API strategies to ensure quality, integrity, and compliance with data governance and security standards.</li>
<li>Oversee the integration of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and other SAP systems with third-party and legacy systems (on-premise, cloud, or hybrid).</li>
<li>Apply SAP Activate, agile methodologies, and industry best practices to accelerate delivery and maximize value realization from integration solutions.</li>
<li>Utilize LeanIX for enterprise architecture management and Signavio for business process modeling to support architecture deliverables.</li>
<li>Analyze and translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions.</li>
<li>Lead solution design, prototyping, integration, testing, and deployment for end-to-end business processes.</li>
<li>Provide expert guidance on integration security, compliance, and SAP best practices.</li>
<li>Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.</li>
<li>Work closely with project managers, scrum masters, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between integration architecture, delivery, and business objectives.</li>
<li>Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and innovative environment.</li>
<li>Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical integration solutions.</li>
<li>Support agile ceremonies, project planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.</li>
<li>8+ years of experience in SAP architecture or integration, including at least 3 years focused on SAP Integration Suite, Process Orchestration, or similar middleware/integration platforms.</li>
<li>Proven experience designing and implementing integration solutions for SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party systems.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of TOGAF, COBIT, SAP Activate, and agile frameworks (such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), with practical experience in applying these methodologies.</li>
<li>Experience with API management, messaging protocols, security standards, and hybrid integration scenarios.</li>
<li>Familiarity with LeanIX, Signavio, and other architecture and process modeling tools.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>
<li>SAP Integration certification(s) and additional certifications in TOGAF, COBIT, or agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe Agilist) are highly desirable.</li>
