<p>We are now accepting applications for School Facility Supervisor for Okotoks and High River area . This is a casual on call basis position.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong></p><ul><li>Open the facility as scheduled.</li><li>Monitor activities to ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations.</li><li>Report any concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel.</li><li>Ensure all areas accessed by the user group, including entrances, washrooms, and locker rooms, in accordance with the standards set by the Facilities Department/Head Caretaker.</li><li>Secure the facility at the conclusion of the event, ensuring all areas are properly closed and locked.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications & Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience in facility supervision, maintenance, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning and security protocols.</li><li>Effective communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and take initiative.</li><li>Knowledge of safety and security procedures.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Work Conditions<br><br></strong><ul><li>Evening and weekend availability may be required.</li><li>Physically active role involving standing, walking, and occasional lifting.</li><li>Evening and weekend availability may be required.</li><li>Physically active role involving standing, walking, and occasional lifting.<br><br></li></ul>As a publicly funded Catholic School District, our schools and job locations are infused with the Catholic Faith.
