Job Description

<p>Our client, a leading player in the fashion industry, is seeking a Senior Apparel Designer to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the creative department supporting innovative product development. </p>

<p><strong>Job Title: </strong>Senior Apparel Designer</p>

<p><strong>Location:</strong> Winnipeg Manitoba</p>

<p><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $80k or more, depending on experience</p>

<p><strong>What's the Job?</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Design and develop Accessories & packaged Basics collections for in-house brands.
<li>Create line sheets for product development teams and overseas factories.
<li>Forecast fabrication, silhouette, print, color, and trends.
<li>Collaborate with offshore vendors and manufacturers to bring designs to life.
<li>Work closely with sales and production teams to ensure designs meet market needs.
</ul>

<p><strong>What's Needed?</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>University graduate in Fashion Arts or equivalent experience.
<li>Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Accessories.
<li>Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
<li>Strong understanding of fiber, yarn, and fabric, especially performance fabrications.
<li>Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
</ul>
