Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations
  • Support the Controller with month-end and year-end close activities
  • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and assist with audits
  • Work cross-functionally within the organization to support financial accuracy and integrity
  • Help improve and maintain accounting processes

    • TMGCT

    Job Requirements:

  • CPA Designation Required
  • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Experience with IFRS 17 (Strong Asset)
  • Strong general ledger and reconciliation skills
  • Experience in a non-profit and/or midsize organization is highly preferred
  • Insurance industry experience and take initiative
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong systems orientation – comfort with learning and adapting to new tools
