In this role, you will work closely with <strong>leadership, AI engineers, developers, business teams, and clients</strong> to ensure our products deliver measurable impact for farmers, insurers, and the global agriculture sector. You will play a pivotal role in <strong>shaping product vision, design, and user experience</strong>, while prioritizing features and driving execution in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Define product vision and strategy</strong> aligned with SGA’s mission to transform agriculture with AI.</li><li><strong>Own the full product lifecycle</strong>—from product design and UI/UX to feature prioritization, trade-off management, and on-time delivery of high-impact solutions.</li><li><strong>Collaborate with cross-functional teams</strong> (clients, AI engineers, GIS specialists, mobile/web developers, sales, and leadership) to turn ideas into products.</li><li><strong>Gather and analyze feedback</strong> from customers, partners, and stakeholders to validate needs and inform product decisions.</li><li><strong>Translate technical capabilities</strong> into clear, compelling value propositions for agricultural and insurance users.</li><li><strong>Oversee product launches</strong>, including go-to-market planning, client training, and adoption support.</li><li><strong>Monitor product performance and usage metrics</strong>, iterating quickly to improve outcomes.</li><li>Stay informed on <strong>industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies</strong> to ensure SGA remains ahead of the curve.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in <strong>Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field</strong>.</li><li><strong>5+ years of product management experience</strong>, ideally in SaaS, AI/ML, AgTech, or enterprise software.</li><li>Proven success <strong>managing full product lifecycles</strong> from concept to launch.</li><li>Strong technical background or proven ability to collaborate effectively with AI/ML and engineering teams.</li><li>Excellent <strong>strategic thinking, prioritization, and organizational skills</strong>.</li><li>Skilled in <strong>customer discovery, requirements gathering, and translating needs into product features</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>AgTech, geospatial systems, or AI-driven products</strong> is a strong asset.</li><li>Exceptional <strong>communication and leadership skills</strong>; comfortable working with executives, engineers, and external partners.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a <strong>fast-paced startup environment</strong>, balancing long-term vision with rapid execution.</li></ul><p><strong><strong>This isn’t just product management—you’ll be shaping the roadmap for AI solutions that will define the future of global agriculture.</strong></strong></p></p>
