<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><span >**Responsibilities:**</span></p><p> - Help review and prepare business valuations using different methods to determine value. </p><p>- Lead projects that assess the quality of earnings and conduct due diligence.</p><p> - Assist with reviews and preparations for impairment tests and price allocations needed for financial reporting according to IFRS.</p><p> - Prepare and present high-quality reports and documents for clients, such as valuation reports and databases.</p><p> - Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget. </p><p>- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in rules, and best practices in business valuations and financial analysis. </p><p>- Guide and support other staff in their professional and personal growth.</p><p> - Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients. - Find and take part in opportunities to grow the business. - Assist Partners with managing client relationships and developing the practice.</p><p></p><p><span >**Qualifications:**</span></p><p> - CPA and CBV certifications. </p><p>- At least 5 years of experience in valuation work with a professional services firm. </p><p>- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. </p><p>- Strong skills in financial modeling. - Good written and spoken communication skills.</p><p> - Excellent skills in developing business opportunities.</p><p> - Proven experience in leading and managing teams.</p><p> - Ability to work quickly and handle multiple projects at the same time.</p></p></p>
