Leasing Sales Representative (Vendor Sales)

The Vendor Sales Representative is responsible for sourcing, growing, and managing vendor relationships to drive new lease business. The individual will serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and customers, coordinating leasing applications from start to finish and providing exceptional service throughout the process.

This role begins with a salary + performance, transitioning into a commission‑based structure once lease volumes grow (typically 24‑36 months). It offers significant long‑term earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agricultural equipment dealers and commercial vendors.


• Source new leasing opportunities through vendor accounts and direct customer interactions.


• Educate vendors on leasing programs, tools, and credit processes.


• Act as a single point of contact for vendors and lessees throughout the lease process.


• Collect and complete lease applications; ensure accurate documentation.


• Submit applications to credit and follow up as needed.


• Prepare lease agreements via DocuSign, email, Xpresspost, or in‑person.


• Coordinate delivery, signing, and return of lease documentation.
